1. Your advertisement can appear on the www.buy-or-sell-cars.com website for a period of 6 months, starting from the first date of publication!

2. We will at the advertisers request withdraw an advertisement from display. This would usually be following the sale of the vehicle, but is of course entirely up to the advertiser. Charges are on a one off payment basis, so we regret there can be no pro-rata refunds following an early sale - sorry!

3. The cost to the advertiser is a one off charge of £20 per vehicle. There is no set up fee, initialising charge, or extras of any kind. However, if a cheque has to be represented for any reason we reserve the right to invoice for an additional £10 to cover bank charges and handling. Please put your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque to avoid any problems

You are reminded that you will be entering into a Contract between yourself (the Advertiser) and Domain Sales Uk (the Publishers) in placing your advertisement, and will become legally accountable for our charges, as quoted above. This is not a free service! - although at just £20 for 6 months exposure it very nearly is!

4. We will send an invoice to the address supplied by the advertiser, for the sum of £20. Cheques should be made payable to DOMAIN SALES UK, and we ask they are sent to us by return of post. Your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date should be on the back of the cheque. We do not advise payment by cash, but if this is your preferred method of payment it should be sent by registered post. For security reasons we do not accept online credit card payments. 5. We are not responsible for disputed descriptions of advertised vehicles! If it is claimed a vehicle is in perfect condition, when in fact it is not, any dispute will be solely between buyer and seller. Trade advertisers will already be aware of how the law effects them concerning this - ie: the trading standards regulations

6. We do of course make every effort to avoid errors, and will usually spell check advertisement copy transmitted to us, but cannot be held responsible for errors arising from faulty copy, or any other reason. The spelling of car colours and model names are often submitted incorrectly

7. We are not responsible for any losses sustained by any seller, due to their placement of an advertisement on the buy-or-sell-cars.com website, or by any losses sustained by any buyer due to their purchase or proposed purchase of any vehicle advertised on the buy-or-sell-cars.com website, howsoever caused. We strongly advise that the sections offering advice to sellers and buyers are read in detail before entering into any financial transactions involving the sale or purchase of any vehicle
